The terms and conditions outlined below applies to the use of the Audio Visual Masters website and to any subsequent purchases made from the business. The use of this website indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Manufacturers’ specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Generic pictures are sometimes used for a more than one products – projector lamps being an example.
Product descriptions reflect the best available information that we have at this time from the Manufacturers.
Manufacturers may vary specific details from time to time, which we are unaware, please check the Australian Manufacturers website for full details.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery charges will be included within the checkout process.
The pricing and availability of stock are subject to change without prior notice. Audio Visual Masters reserves the right to change prices due to misprints, human error or in accordance price changes made by suppliers without notice. If pricing is higher than those quoted on the website then you will be notified and may cancel the order by giving notice within 5 working days.
Once an order is placed, it will be confirmed via email and you will receive an order confirmation. By placing an order you have agreed to pay the prices listed on the site listed via the checkout process.
Goods remain the title and property of Audio Visual Masters until full payment has been received and cleared.
When making direct deposit payments, please remember to include the order number as reference. To expedite the order process please send us the deposit receipt via email. With internet fund transfers simply cut and paste the transfer detail and email it to us. Orders will be released when the funds transfer can be reconciled on our daily bank statements.
The client is notified via the system on all aspects of the order process. If you have not received an automated email directly after you have placed the order, you most probably entered an incorrect email address into the system or the email is in your junk – please make contact to discuss.
The typical turn around time on deliveries is 3 business days max – with 80% of orders being delivered the next day.
We will advise on any lengthy delays, over 7 business days before processing the order – as you may wish to cancel.
All projector Lamp orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after order processing – if your location is within built up areas of the state.
If your location falls into the rural sector of Australia then delivery will be 5 to 7 business days.
With nearly all orders, we will provide tracking.
Deliveries are based on product availability. You will be notified via email if a product is unavailable or delayed, in which case you will be given an option of a refund.
We do not ship overseas.
We require a physical address. An authorised signatory needs to be available to sign for and collect the goods. If the delivery address is unattended redelivery attempts may be charged.
We know what courier companies charge for this re delivery and so we will make contact prior to shipment to make sure someone will be home. Most still do not charge to redeliver.
To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your contact phone number.
Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect item(s) must be reported to Audio Visual Masters within 24hrs via email or phone (make sure you leave your contact details).
Any incorrect item(s) received should not be opened. The customer will be charged accordingly if the incorrect item(s) are found to be opened and/or used.
If an item is damaged within transit, most times the white foam protects the hardware, however, get the courier to sign off on the damage and take photos for proof.
If the courier will not sign off on the damage, refuse delivery and make contact with us – as they are going against procedure.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item is deemed as FREE Shipping, the cost to Audio Visual Masters will be shown to the client and this cost is non-refundable.
Audio Visual Masters is unable to guarantee the compatibility between all hardware and software products. Customers are recommended to research product /software compatibility before purchasing the product(s). No refund or replacement will be given for compatibility issues.
RETURN OF GOODS
If a client needs to return a product a 20% restocking fee may be charged. The item(s) must not be opened and undamaged within their return. The client will be paying for the return costs. Please speak with us, as we try and help through any return obstacles and give the client a fair way forward.
